  1. First you can wash all the veggies and chopped.
  2. In a pan put oil heat it then add garlic, ginger, onion and saute it.
  3. Add all the veggies fry for 5 mints add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, sauce, salt and fry for 1 mint in the high flame then add water 5 cup become boil than you can add vinegar.
  4. After you can add cornflour liquid(2 tsp cornflour & 1/2 cup water) mix well the cornflour liquid is ready you can add in the soup and boil for 5 mints.
  5. Veg manchow soup is ready.
