  1. Dry roast ready kheema wiith spices ready the onion tomato mix.Boil rice with garam masala.
  2. Now heat ghee in pan add star anise,cinnamon stick onion chopped if preffered saute all 1 minute add keema mix well now add layer chopped fine tomatoes on this layer put hot masala rice.Put lid and keep tava under the pot.
  3. Give dum to biryani rice for 5 -10 minutes.
  4. Remove in a rice plate folding rice mix.lightly remove in Rice plate,Make two or more egg fry on top of the biryani.
