  2. Take As needed salt

  8. Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

  11. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon rice powder
  12. Get 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
Instructions to make Karela bhaji:
  1. First wash karela with full bucket of water adding with salt and wash thoroughly then keep aside
  2. Now cut karela finely chopped in round shaped
  3. Add curd and one tablespoon salt coriander leaves to the karela mix well keep aside for fifteen minutes
  4. After the time have passed squeezed it but not too much pressure is needed and keep the karela pieces to the another pot
  5. Put rice powder besan corn flour termaric powder red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder little salt to the karela
  6. Give it a good mix to the karela and keep aside
  7. Now heat the pan put oil to the pan which is needed
  8. Fry karela first few minutes in full flame after in low flame of the oven fry in two or three steps for frying it adding with vinegar which gives crispness to the karela
  9. After frying the karela keep under the moving fan for cooling then keep it in the well tight jar
  10. It's yummmm
