Steps to make Lauki Muthiya:
In a large mixing bowl take all the ingredients listed for muthiya and knead the dough well.
Make cylindrical shape or small pieces as you like - Keep the steamer ready - I steam muthiya in Idli maker - cover and steam for 20 minutes or till done.
For tempering - - Take a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds. - - When they splutter add in sliced muthiya and mix well.
Stir them with a big laddle or toss nicely.
Add sesame seeds, grated coconut and coriander leaves and mix gently.
