  1. Get 1 Egg
  2. Make ready 30 gm Sugar
  3. Take 250 ml Wipping cream
  4. Take 4-5 gm Gelatin
  5. Get 4-5 drops Strawberry essence
  6. Get as needed Pink food colour
Instructions to make Strawberry soufflé:
  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water and separate egg yolk from egg white.
  2. Add sugar to the egg yolk and whisk over a pan of hot water.
  3. Cook until the mixture is pale and thick and add gelatin and mix again.
  4. Whip cream over a bed of crushed ice and pour into the mixture.
  5. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white and add colour and essence and mix.
  6. Pour the mixture in a soufflé dish and place it in refrigerator and let it set.
  7. Serve and garnish with cherries…
