The ingredients needed to make Chilli paneer:
  1. Get 200 gm paneer cut in cube
  2. Prepare 100 gm capsicum cut in cubes
  3. Get 1 onion cut in cubes
  4. Prepare 1 onion finely chopped
  5. Take 100 gm carrot cut in thick Julien's
  6. Take 1 Ginger grated
  7. Make ready 10 garlic cloves finely chopped
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  12. Take 1/2 tsp vinegar
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp refined flour
  14. Take 2 tbsp corn flour
  15. Get 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  16. Prepare 2 green chilli chopped
  17. Take as required Oil
Instructions to make Chilli paneer:
  1. Take a bowl add refind flour,corn flour salt red chilli powder mix it well and make a battle now add paneer cubes
  2. Take a pan pour some oil and fried our paneer cubes when it turn Golden and crispy
  3. Keep it aside, take another pan heat it add some oil now add chopped, Ginger garlic, green chilli and saute for 30 sec, now add chopped onion in it and saute for 1min
  4. Now add our Shimla, onion,and carrot cut into cubes saute it for 1,2 min,don't over cooked otherwise I'll bcum saugee
  5. Now add all sauces like red chilli,tomato,and soya mix it well, now add fried paneer and mix it well
  6. At this point take a small bowl add 1teasp of refind flour mix it with the help of water and pour in our paneer chilli, now add little vinegar, salt to taste and red chilli for the colour and spicy taste
  7. Cook it for 2min in high flame now our paneer chilli is ready to serve
