  1. Get FOR SOYA PREPARATION:
  2. Make ready 4 cup water
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1 cup soya chunk
  5. Get 1 tbsp curd / yoghurt , thick
  6. Get 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup corn flour
  10. Get as required oil for frying
  11. Get OTHER INGREDIENTS:
  12. Get 4 tsp oil
  13. Make ready 3 clove garlic, chopped
  14. Make ready 1 green chilli
  15. Take 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  17. Take 10 cubes capsicum
  18. Make ready 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  19. Take 1 tbsp vinegar
  20. Get 1 tbsp soy sauce
  21. Take 1 tsp chilli sauce
  22. Make ready 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  23. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  24. Get FOR CORN FLOUR SLURRY:
  25. Prepare 1 tsp corn flour
  26. Take 1/4 cup water
Instructions to make Soyabean chilli:
  1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli on high flame. - also, saute 2 tbsp onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.
  2. Further, add 10 cubes capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour. - additionally, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
  3. Mix well and saute for a minute. - add cornflour slurry and mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy.additionally, add fried soya chunks and mix well.
  4. Finally, transfer soya chilli to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. serve with fried rice.
