  1. Get For jain gravy-
  2. Take 1 grated bottle gourd
  3. Prepare 4 chopped tomatoes
  4. Take 1/2 cup kashmiri red chillies paste

  6. Get 1 tsp each cumin seeds, cardamom powder, black pepper powder

  8. Prepare 1 TSP kasuri methi

  12. Get 1 shredded cabbage
  13. Get 1 chopped capsicum
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled green beans
  15. Take 200 gm square pieces of paneer
  16. Take 1/2 cup khoya
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup homemade malai/ cream
  18. Get 2 tbsp garam masala
  19. Prepare as per taste Salt
  20. Prepare 2 tbsp milk
  21. Make ready 3 tbsp sugar
  22. Prepare 2 tbsp ghee
  23. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  24. Make ready 2 TSP cumin seeds
  25. Prepare 4 whole green chillies
Instructions to make Veg chilli  milli sabzi:
  1. In a pan take ghee 2 tbsp and oil 2 tbsp add cloves cinnamon cardamom cumin seeds,blackpepper to it
  2. Now add grated bottle gaurd to it saute it till brown
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes to this add salt 2 tsp to it now add kasuri methi to this and the kashmiri red chillies paste to this saute till the tomaotoes turn soft.switch of the gas,let this mixture cool down,churn it in mixture to form a nice gravy.dont add water,if needed add just 1 tbsp water
  4. In another pan take 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp ghee again,add,cumin seeds,add chopped capsicum to it and shredded cabbage to it add salt 1 tsp and saute till the cabbage softens,now add above gravy to this
  5. To this now add boiled green beans and khoya,now mix the sabji,add the whole chillies.please dont chop the green chillies,add them whole
  6. Add sugar, cream and milk to this mix the sabji,add garam masala
  7. Lastly add the square pieces of paneer in this sabji and just give one mix
  8. Serve it with roti,paratha,naan,rice
