  21. Get 1 tea spoon Ginger (chopped)

  24. Take 2 Cup Rice
  25. Prepare 1/2 cup peas
  26. Make ready 1 capsicum
  27. Get 1 cup Spring onion
  28. Make ready 1 onion (chopped)
  29. Prepare 1 tea spoon Ginger garlic paste
  30. Get 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  31. Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce

Instructions to make Paneer chilli and Fried rice:
  1. For Marinate. Cut the paneer into cubes.take a large bowl add paneer,1 tbsp oil,1 tbsp Cornflour,1 tbsp Maida,salt, Red chilli powder,Haldi powder, Kasuri methi, Garam masala.and mix it well and cover and rest for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 minutes. Take a kadai add oil once the oil heat add marinate paneer and fry it to until the Golden brown. Keep a side
  3. Now remove the extra oil and add 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add chopped ginger, garlic add capsicum, onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now add red chilli sauce, Green chilli sauce,soya sauce, Vinegar and mix it well.now add 1 tbsp Cornflour or water mix properly.and continue stir.add half cup of water.let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Now add fry paneer mix it well cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. For fried rice. Soaked Rice for 20 to 25 minutes
  7. Wash the rice and drain excess water from the rice. Bring water to boil it and add soaked rice and let it boil 10 minutes.
  8. Drain of the water and add 1 cup of Cold water.
  9. Now take a large kadai add oil once oil heat add chopped ginger, Garlic,onion capsicum. And saute for 2 to 3 minutes.now add pea and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Now add Red chilli sauce, green chili sauce, Soya sauce Tomato sauce,mix it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.now add Cooked rice and mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  11. Finally ready to serve Paneer chili and Fried garinsh with Coriander leaves
