Take For Paneer chilli Marinate
Get 250 gram Paneer
Make ready 1 tbsp Cornflour
Prepare 1 tbsp Maida

Get 1/2 tea spoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
Prepare 1 tea spoon Red chilli powder
Take 1/2 tea spoon Haldi powder
Take as required oil for frying
Make ready 1 tea spoon Garam masala powder
Make ready For Gravy
Take 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
Get 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
Make ready 1 tbsp Cornflour + water
Take 1 tea spoon soya sauce
Take 1 tea spoon Vinegar
Take 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
Take 1 capsicum (cubes)
Prepare 1 onion (cubes)
Get 1 tea spoon Ginger (chopped)
Take 1 tea spoon spoon Garlic (chopped)
Prepare For fried rice
Take 2 Cup Rice
Prepare 1/2 cup peas
Make ready 1 capsicum
Get 1 cup Spring onion
Make ready 1 onion (chopped)
Prepare 1 tea spoon Ginger garlic paste
Get 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
Prepare 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
Take 1/2 tea spoon soya sauce
Make ready 1 tea spoon Vinegar
Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Paneer chilli and Fried rice:
For Marinate. Cut the paneer into cubes.take a large bowl add paneer,1 tbsp oil,1 tbsp Cornflour,1 tbsp Maida,salt, Red chilli powder,Haldi powder, Kasuri methi, Garam masala.and mix it well and cover and rest for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes. Take a kadai add oil once the oil heat add marinate paneer and fry it to until the Golden brown. Keep a side
Now remove the extra oil and add 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add chopped ginger, garlic add capsicum, onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add red chilli sauce, Green chilli sauce,soya sauce, Vinegar and mix it well.now add 1 tbsp Cornflour or water mix properly.and continue stir.add half cup of water.let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add fry paneer mix it well cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
For fried rice. Soaked Rice for 20 to 25 minutes
Wash the rice and drain excess water from the rice. Bring water to boil it and add soaked rice and let it boil 10 minutes.
Drain of the water and add 1 cup of Cold water.
Now take a large kadai add oil once oil heat add chopped ginger, Garlic,onion capsicum. And saute for 2 to 3 minutes.now add pea and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add Red chilli sauce, green chili sauce, Soya sauce Tomato sauce,mix it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.now add Cooked rice and mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Finally ready to serve Paneer chili and Fried garinsh with Coriander leaves
