The ingredients needed to make Hot Chilli Garlic Noodles:
  1. Get 150 Gm Noodles
  2. Make ready 4 Tbsp Oil
  3. Get as per your taste Salt
  4. Prepare 3 Dry Red Chillies
  5. Get 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  6. Make ready 6 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  7. Get 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  8. Take 1/2 Cup Spring Onion
  9. Get 1/4 Cup Sliced Yellow Capsicum
  10. Get 1/4 Cup Sliced Green Capsicum
  11. Get 1/4 Cup Sliced Red Capsicum
  12. Take 1/3 Cup Sliced Cabbage
  13. Make ready 1/4 Cup Sliced Carrot
  14. Get 1/4 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (optional)
  15. Get 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  16. Prepare 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  17. Prepare 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
  18. Get 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  19. Make ready 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
  20. Prepare 1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Steps to make Hot Chilli Garlic Noodles:
  1. Let’s boil the water in a wok/pan. Once the water starts boiling, add 1/2tsp of salt and 1tsp oil. Now add noodles. let them cook on medium flame. Once noodles are 80% cooked, turn off the flame. Drain the water. Now put the cold water on it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add dry red chilli. Sauté for a while and take out dry red chillies from the oil. Don’t take out the seeeds.
  3. Now add chopped green chillies & garlic and sauté for a while. Now add onion, cabbage, carrot and fry them for 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder which is optional.
  4. Now add all colour capsicum & mix it well and fry them for a minute. Now add vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and mix it well. Now keep the flame high and add boiled noodles, salt and crushed black pepper and mix it well. Cook it for another minor high flame. Now switch off the flame.
  5. Now garnish with spring onion and serve it hot. Enjoy :)
