  4. Now add this custard mixture into the carrot milk pan and stir continuously for few minutes.add milkmaid and stir for a min.add chopped nuts too and stir well and switch the flame off.
  5. Let it cool and then fill 3/4 of the shots with custard carrot pudding and top with carrot halwa, (it's optional, you can serve this as it is too).garnish with nuts and serve.
  6. Delicious custard carrot pudding is ready.
