  1. Prepare 300 gm garlic cloves
  2. Take 200 gm green chili
  3. Get 2 tsp haldi powder
  4. Prepare 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. Get 3 tbsp or as per your taste
  7. Prepare 200 gm Mustard oil
  8. Take 1/4 tsp hing
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp kalungi
  10. Take 1/2 tsp saunf
  11. Get 1/2 tsp rai
  12. Take 50 gm yellow and black Mustard seed
  13. Get 2 tsp white vinegar
Instructions to make Green chilli garlic pickle:
  1. 1st wash proper garlic and green chillies, and keep aside for 30 min or till it completely dry, now chopped both in small pieces, keep it aside
  2. Take a pan heat it on low to medium flame, now pour Mustard oil, (don't heat must otherwise garlic will burn,) now added hing and at the same time added chopped garlic saute for 3,4 min in medium flame, now added chopped green chillies,again saute for 2,3min,,now off the flame
  3. Now added all dry ingredients like haldi, red chilli powder, Salt mix very Well now added saboot masala like kalaungi, Rai and sanuf mix proper,
  4. Take a mixer jar add yellow n black Mustard seeds grind it without water, now the mustard powder is ready
  5. Add this transfer this Powder into pickle mix well now lastly added vinegar, transfer this pickles into a airtight glass or clay jar and place it in sun light for two day,now your pickle is ready to eat, we can store it for longer
