Get 2 tbsp cornstarch
Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Prepare 200-250 grams Paneer - cut into small cubes

Instructions to make Chilli Paneer gravy:
In a bowl take cornstarch and add ginger garlic paste, red and black pepper powder,salt and water as per requirement.
Mix till smooth batter and add paneer to it and gently coat the cubes with it
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the paneer cubes till crisp and golden.
Remove the cubes and now again heat some oil and add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, stir fry on medium or high flame.
Add onions, capsicum,Soya sauce and red chilli sauces add some water and mix well.
Mix some cornstarch with water and make a smooth paste now add it to the frying pan and let mixture come to a boil.
Now add salt and sugar as per requirement. And some vinegar
Add the fried paneer cubes to it. And let it cook on simmer for some time
Serve the Indian style chilli paneer gravy garnished with spring onions.
