The ingredients needed to make Gravy paneer:
  1. Make ready 2 onions,
  2. Get 2 tomatoes,
  3. Prepare 1 capcicum for making gravy in mixer
  4. Make ready 200 gms paneer
  5. Get As needed Oil for tadka
  6. Get as per taste Salt
  7. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Get 1/2 tsp each coariander powder, red chili powder, haldi powder

Instructions to make Gravy paneer:
  1. Grind all veggies in mixer grinder.
  2. Take a pan heat it and put oil. Add haldi powder, red chili powder, coariander powder and ginger garlic paste mix all well.
  3. Add puree/ paste/gravy into it mix it well and cover it. Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes at low flame.
  4. Cut paneer into equal pieces.
  5. Add kashmiri red chilli powder and paneer mix it well.
  6. Add salt and mix it well cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Garnish with kasuri methi.
  8. Serves hot with chapati/ paratha/naan
