The ingredients needed to make Biryani:
Make ready less then 1 kg Rice
Prepare 1 cup curd
Prepare 1/2 cup ghee
Take 2 onion
Make ready 4 tomato
Take leaves Mint and coriander
Take 1 kg chicken
Prepare 2 tbsp National bombay biryani masala
Make ready to taste Salt
Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp kewra essence
Prepare 4 Green chili
Take 2 aniseeds
Take 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Get 1/2 tsp vinegar
Take 2 potato half boil in orange colour
Steps to make Biryani:
Boil rice and add into aniseeds and bay leaf salt 2 tbsp and oil 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp vinegar
Make sure boil rice only 1/3 part
Marinate chicken with curd 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and biryani masala
Fry onion in ghee and then add tomato paste 1tbsp ginger garlic paste chopped mint and coriander leaves and all spices and mix well
Remaining little bit gravy and pour marinated chicken n boil potato stir for 5 mints in high flame
And then last add your 1/3boil rice into your gravy add 1tbsp orange colour on it of the top
And cover with foil pepper in low flame for 15 to 20 mints
