Take 250 grams of Amla, wash, and boil with salt in pressure cooker 1 to 2 whistles.
After that off the gas remove from the cooker boil Amla and cool it, remove the seeds make 4 pieces.
Heat a pan pour oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds saute for a minute add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, and fry for 3 minutes.
Add hing, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri Lal, amchur powder.
All ingredients mix well and fry for 5 minutes add salt as per taste and Amla pieces and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
After that add jaggery powder and mix well cook for 10 minutes till jaggery melted.
