  1. Heat 2tbsp oil in the pan and add cumin seeds, then add onion, garlic and ginger and fry the onion till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then add turmeric and red chilli powder, cover and cook the tomatoes till they melt and turn off the gas
  3. Make the paste after cooling the prepared mixture in the mixer
  4. Heat 2tbsp oil in the pan, add ginger garlic paste and kashmiri red chilli and fry for a minute on a low flame, add gravy.
  5. Put the peas and water as required and bring them to a boil, then cover and cook on a low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms, curd, and the remaining powdered spices and cover again and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and turn off the gas
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves, can also add garam masala if you wish
  8. Serve it hot with roti and rice
