  1. Get 250 grams medium size bhindi
  2. Prepare 1 bowl curd
  3. Get 3 green chilli
  4. Prepare 2 tomatoes
  5. Prepare as required Some Coriander leaves
  6. Get 1 onion
  7. Get 1 tbsp asofetidia
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. Take 2 tbsp red chili powder
  11. Get 1 tbsp Kashmiri Lal powder
  12. Take 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  13. Take 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
  14. Get 2 tbsp ghee
  15. Take As needed Oil
  16. Get 2 tbsp gram flour
  17. Make ready 1 cup water
  18. Take 1 tbsp garam masala
Instructions to make Restaurant style bhindi masala:
  1. First take all the ingredients together take a bhindi clean and wash n dry n cut into two parts, after cutting edges from both the sides keep a side.
  2. Tdje a bowl add bhindi pieces add salt and Kashmiri LAL and gram flour and coat it and mix well.heat the pan
  3. Add melted butter n oil put bhindi pieces in to it and shallow fry until crispy ness.
  4. Chopped onion, tomatoes, corsinder leaves, green chillis, other side check out if bhindi is fry,
  5. Off the flame remove from pan into the bowl n keep a side. Now same pan best the oil add cumin seeds and chopped onion n asofetidia n saute for a 5 minutes,
  6. Add chopped green chilli, chopped tomatoes Ginger garlic paste n saute for 5 minutes after that add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, kitchen king masala n salt mix well,
  7. Cook for a minute add little water n cover it for 2 minutes, open the lid and mix add half bowl curd,
  8. Mix it well, n add again little water and to set consistency if gravy cover the lid n cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Open the lid add some salt n shallow fry bhindi again mix well n cook n cover for 3 to 4 minute's on low flame,
  10. Now open the lid our bhindi masala is ready oil is seperates add garam masala, now our delicious and tasty very simple ingredients restaurant style bhindi masala is ready to eat n serve.
