  1. Wash meat throughly, add all the meat in pot filled with water and boil. When water start bubbling, add 1 tbsp of vinegar & keep boiling for 2-3 minutes. Discard all water n keep meat in a strainer. (This step is especially for removing all dirty smell of blood)
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion n fry Aloo gosht1. Meanwhile blend tomatoes, set aside Aloo gosht1. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for couple of minutes Aloo gosht1.   3. When potatoes and meat is full tender, sprinkle qasuri methi, turn off the flame and cover for a minute
  4. Soon oil comes on top, add green chili, mix and serve hot
