Wash and soak kidney beans for 8 hours. Pressure cook kidney beans with salt until cooked well. Drain water and smash the beans slightly.
In a bowl take wheat flour, add salt, oil and mix well. Knead to a soft dough adding water as required. Keep aside until filling is ready.
To prepare filling heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and saute until translucent. Add crushed garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook until soft. Add the spices and saute for 30 seconds.
Add kidney beans and mix. Cover and cook for a minute. Add tomato ketchup, mix well and switch off the flame. Set it aside to cool down.
In a bowl take curd, salt and chaat masala an mix well. Thinly slice onion.
Divide the dough into four balls. Roll each balls into rotis. Heat a tawa and fry the rotis on both sides. Remove onto a plate and smear ghee on both sides.
Prepare the rolls by spreading the kidney beans filling, followed by tomato ketchup. Then spread sliced onion and curd mixture.
Gently fold the edges and bring it to the center. Wrap the rolls with a tissue paper and serve them.
