  2. Take 1 chopped onion
  3. Make ready 1 chopped tomato
  4. Get 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  6. Get 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
  7. Get 2 tbsp chopped spinach
  8. Get 1/4 cup sev bhujiya
  9. Get 1/4 cup green garlic & spinach sev
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  11. Take 1 tsp chat masalo(per your taste)
  12. Prepare 1/3 tsp dry mango powder
  13. Take 1 tbsp chopped green garlic
Instructions to make Masala papad:
  1. Together all ingredients,in a bowl add chopped onion tomato,capsicum,coriander, mint leaves, green garlic.
  2. Now add masala,mix well.Now heat tawa put the papad on it,press with cotton clothes,roast it till it is cooked properly from both sides.Take it out in a plate.
  3. Put the prepared mixture on roasted papad.Spread it evenly,sprinkle sev on top,sprinkle red chilli powder. Garnish with sev..Serve immediately.Tasty tasty masala papad is ready to serve.
