Veg Maggi is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They are fine and they look wonderful. Veg Maggi is something that I have loved my whole life.
To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook veg maggi using 23 ingredients and 21 steps. Here is how you cook it.
The ingredients needed to make Veg Maggi:
Get 2 packet Masala Maggi,
Get 1 tbsp oil
Prepare 3 tbsp butter,
Make ready 4 garlic cloves grated,
Get 1/2 inch ginger grated,
Make ready 1 med sized onion chopped finely,
Make ready 4 green chili chopped finely,
Get Veggies
Make ready 1/2 cup peas,
Get 1/2 cup diced red gajar,
Prepare . 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced,
Make ready 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced,
Make ready 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper diced,
Take 1 small tomato chopped finely,
Get to taste, Salt
Prepare as per taste Both Maggi Masala,
Make ready 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
Take As required Both Magic-e-Masala,
Get 1 tbsp dahi,
Make ready As required Some chopped dhania patta,
Make ready Tadka
Prepare 2 tsp desi ghee
Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder,
Instructions to make Veg Maggi:
Firstly lightly crush 1 packet maggi & break the other into half, keep aside.
Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add oil & butter, heat it.
Add ginger & garlic, saute it till rawness is released.
Add onion & green chili, saute it till onion becomes translucent.
Add veggies & tomato 🍅, also add lil salt, saute it for a while. Tomato should not become mushy.
Now add 2 cup water, give a stir. Boil it for a minute.
Add maggi masala, mix it well.
Now add both the Maggi, give a stir.
Add haldi now, mix it well.
Now add Magic-e-Masala, stir it nicely.
Cook it till water evaporates.
Add dahi now, stir fry it till dry.
Add dhania patta, mix it well.
Take a tadka pan, add ghee, heat it.
Add in Kashmiri red chilli powder, switch off the flame, pour in the cooked maggi. Mix it well.
Switch off the flame, take out in a serving bowl.
Garnish it with a leaf of dhania patta.
Have it in breakfast or as per your choice.
All cooking has been done on high flame.
Tadka is optional.
To make it less spicy, add only 1 Magic-e-Masala.
