Take 250 gm paneer
Get 150 gm shimla mirch ( capsicum)cut into square
Take 1 onion cut into square
Get 2 green chili chopped
Take 2 red dry chilli

Prepare 2 tbsp butter
Get 1 tsp Kasuri methi
Take 2 small onion roughly chopped

Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
Get 1/4 tsp haldi ( turmeric)powder
Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare 1 tsp kashmiri red chili
Make ready as needed Oil
Make ready to taste Salt taste
Prepare 1 tsp ginger chopped
Get 6 garlic cloves
Steps to make Kadhai paneer:
Take a pan pour some oil now add paneer cubes slightly fry it and keep it out, in same pan added chopped shimla mirch and onion cut into square,saute for 1 min in high flame now keep it out and keep aside
In same pan now pour some oil now added roughly chopped onion and tomato and ginger garlic,saute it for 2,3 min in medium flame now added Salt and pour some water mix Well and cover it for 5 min in low flame or till the onion and tomato turn soft, let it cool after that grind it till smooth paste
Take a pan pour oil and butter,heat it now added cumin seeds, bay leaf dry red chilie saute it now added onion tomato paste in it saute it in medium flame till the oil separated
Now added all dry ingredients like all masala haldi powder,red chili powder garam masala, Coriander powder and little water mix Well and saute it till masala change its colour and oil separated
Now added fried shimla and onion in it cover it for 1 min now added fried paneer, added kadahi masala, kashmiri red chili and salt mix all well and cover it and it for 2 min
Lastly added fresh cream and little water if needed and cover it for 3,4 min in low flame till oil separated, now it's done serve hot with chapati
