  18. Get As required Some coriander leaves
Instructions to make Dahi Vada:
  1. Take both dals wash and sock for 4-5 hours / take a mixer jar add dals salt and ginger garlic green chili paste grind well and mix well soda and keep aside for 2 hours / take a pan add oil add fry bary and dip in water and press to hand and keep aside
  2. Take a pan add tamarind and jaggery and some water and keep for cook and then to thick fom and drain well and keep aside tamarind and jaggery chattny / take a pan add cumin seeds coriander seeds red chili dry roast and grind well powder and add salt red chili powder chat masala garam masala mix well and keep aside
  3. Take a serving plate and arrange bary and spread curd and tamarind chattny and sprinkle grind masala and sprinkle coriander leaves
  4. Ready to serve
