  2. In a pan add little oil and add 2 chopped onion, garlic, ginger. Saute it for 5 min. Then add dry grated coconut. Fry it also. Then cool the mixture and make paste of it in grinder. Vatan is ready
  3. Make tomato puree. Then in kadhai add oil, mustard seeds, turmeric and kashmiri red chilli powder. And add onion garlic paste (vatan). Saute paste till it leaves oil from sides. Then add remaining chopped onion and tomato. Cook it for 10 min.
  4. Add all dry masalas in it. Then add cooked moth and white peas. Add water, salt, lemon juice. Mix it well and let cook whole mixture for 10 min. Misal is ready
  5. For turry or cut..add 1 tsp oil in pan then add onion and 2 tsp vatan in it. Saute for 1 min. Add salt, red chilli powder and add water. Let it boil till red colour comes to tarry.
  6. For serving - add misal in bowl then add boiled chopped potato, onion. Add some cut or tarry. Lastly add farsan and garnish with coriander and lemon. Serve hot with pav.
