Make ready 1 cup white peas
Make ready 2 tablespoon oil
Take 1 finely chopped onion

Get For kulcha:-
Take 1 cup Wheat flour or all purpose flour
Make ready As per taste Salt
Prepare 2 teaspoons oil
Get 1 teaspoon sugar
Take 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Get 1 tablespoon curd
Get As required Chopped coriander leaves
Get as required Ghee or butter
Instructions to make Mutter kulcha:
Wash and soak white peas in water for 6-8 hours. Then boil in pressure cooker with salt and enough water till five whistles.
In a kadai heat oil. Add grated ginger and green chillies. Saute for sometimes. Add chopped onion and saute till onion turns translucent. Add chopped tomato and saute till tomato softens. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhania powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chat masala and chana masala. Add little water and mix well.
Add boiled white peas and mix well. Add tamarind pulp and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame or till get desired consistency.
For kulcha:- - In a mixing bowl take wheat flour (you can take all purpose flour), salt, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Add oil and curd and mix well. Knead soft dough with enough water. Knead dough for 5-7 minutes. Coat dough with oil, cover bowl with lid and rest for 30 minutes.
After half an hour knead dough again well. Make balls from it. Roll out small roti. Apply some chopped coriander leaves, press gently and roll out again. Cook both sides on tawa till golden. Apply ghee or butter and serve with prepared mutter.
In a plate or bowl take prepared mutter. Add coriander mint chutney and mix it. Top with chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, ginger and green chillies. Serve with kulcha.
