Take a mixer jar add cumin seeds black cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam jaifal javatri star anees fennel seeds coriander seeds grind well powder and add salt red chili powder dry ginger powder turmeric powder Kashmiri red chili powder mix well keep aside
Take a cocar add oil add Mutton stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook add grind masala stir fry to cook well add onion paste stir fry to cook add 2 cup water and cook well with cover for 30minutes for tender Mutton
Now add flour water and stir cook / take a pan add oil add brown onion red chili powder green chili ginger stir fry and add Mutton and cook with cover for 5minutes slow Flame /transfer in to serving plate and garnish coriander leaves green chiliJulienne ginger and lemon
