Prepare 200 gms mashed paneer

Prepare 1/2 cup Roasted Chana dal powder or besan
Take as per need kasuri methi powder
Instructions to make Shaam Savera:
Clean palak and boil it with one tsp sugar for 1min.Take it out and keep it in cold water..cool and grind it. In a pan add oil, add jeera, hing(optional) roasted Chana dal powder.red chili powder. Mix properly. Now add palak purée. Mix and make it like a dough.Now in a plate take crumbled paneer,add salt and pepper to it. Mash with your hand so that it becomes a soft like dough. Make small balls out of it.and stuffed it into the palak dough and make koftas and fry it.
In a pan take butter, add jeera, let it crackle, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon and add chopped onion, ginger garlic and green chilly. Add cashews and tomatoes. Seasoned it with salt and other spices mentioned above. Stir. Add 1/2cup water, cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy. Cool and grind it.
Sieve the mixture. In a pan add oil +butter. Add the sieved masala.Stir. Add coriander and Kashmiri mirch and coriander powder. Stir and cook Add crushed kasuri methi powder to it. Stir. Now add prepared koftas to it. Shaam savera is ready to serve.
