  4. Saute it. Till it turn to pinkish brown.
  5. Add powdered spices, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin coriander powder & garam masala
  6. Add pressure cooked dal palak, salt & kasoori methi. Your dal palak is ready. Serve with hot phulkas & mango pickle.
