Pressure cook dal & spinach leaves for 4 to 5 whistles
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When mustard splutters add cumin seeds, green chili, garlic, ginger, asaefoetida, red chili, onion & tomato
Saute it. Till it turn to pinkish brown.
Add powdered spices, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin coriander powder & garam masala
