  21. Get 2 tbsp dahi/ curd
  22. Make ready 2 onion diced for tadka
  23. Make ready 4 dry red chilli
  24. Take 4 green chili slitted
  25. Take 1 inch ginger cut into juliens,
  26. Prepare 1/2 tsp corinader seeds
  27. Prepare 3 tbsp desi ghee
Steps to make Mutton Do Pyaza:
  1. Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
  2. Add whole garam masala, saute it for a minute, add dry red chilli.
  3. Now add onion, stir fry till translucent.
  4. Now add Mutton pcs, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, stir fry it for a minute.
  6. Now add salt & tomato, stir fry it for 5 minutes.
  7. Add rest of the ingredients, mix it well.
  8. Now add 2 cup water, give a stir.
  9. Place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 10 minutes. Switch off the flame, allow it to depressurize.
  10. Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it till gravy becomes a lil thick.
  11. Switch off the flame now, cover it again, keep aside.
  12. For Tadka..a). Take a pan, add ghee, heat it.
  13. B). Add dry red chilli, saute it for a sec.
  14. C). Add dhania, saute it for a sec.
  15. D). Now add onion, green chili & ginger, stir fry it till onion becomes translucent.
  16. Add in the cooked Mutton, mix it well.
  17. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
  18. Have it with Roomali Roti..
