  1. Get cassava roots, washed, peeled, cut and middle roots removed
  2. Get oil

  1. Boil the cut cassava in salted water till tender and cooked
  2. Drain the water
  3. Put a deep frying pan on heat and add the oil
  4. Let the oil heat up then add in the cassava in batches
  5. Turn as they cook,till you achieve a golden color
  6. Remove from heat, drain and put on plate
  7. Next cut a piece of cassava at the middle but not through, sprinkle masala and squeeze lemon juice
  8. Repeat for all pieces
  9. Ready to be eaten
