Make ready 1 cup chickpeas flour
Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder

Prepare as required Oil for frying
Prepare 7 curry leaves
Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

Steps to make Boondi recipe:
Add besan flour in a bowl,add salt & carom seeds,add water & stir till lumps dissolve (Don’t add all water at once) prepare smooth batter,beat batter 3-4 minutes, cover & put aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add oil to make boondi crispy & soft,beat again.It is necessary to beat batter properly.Heat oil take a boondi jhara,check oil.
Pour batter in jhara,fry boondi on medium flame for 2-3 minutes stir boondi at regular intervals.
Fry till it turns into golden colour & crispy,remove it from the pan into strainer.Boondi is ready.
Fry curry leaves,add in black salt,& red chilli powder,mix,add in boondi.
Yummy & crispy homemade boondi is ready.We can use it to prepare raita,boondi chat,boondi namkeen masala,chevda. Garnish with aloo sev & fried curry leaves.
