Make ready 1 bowl moth or mataki sprouts

Take 2 medium onion roughly chopped
Prepare 5 tbsp grated fresh coconut

Prepare 2 tbsp oil

Prepare 1 tbsp cumin seeds
Take 2 medium onion finely chopped
Make ready 2 tomatoes finely chopped
Make ready 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder
Get 1 tbsp turmeric powder
Make ready 1 tbsp red chili powder
Prepare 2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
Prepare 2 tbsp kala masala or kanda lasun masala or garam masala
Make ready as per taste Salt
Prepare 5 tbsp oil
Take For serving
Make ready 1 cup soaked poha
Prepare 2 medium onion finely chopped
Make ready As needed Coriander finely chopped
Prepare as required Lemon juice
Get 2 bowls mix farsan or namkin
Instructions to make Misal Pav:
In pan heat oil, add onion, coconut, ginger & garlic roast for 5 minutes. Cool it. Blend in mixer. Your onion coconut paste is ready.
Take sprouts in vessel. Add little water & turmeric powder. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds. When it splutters, add onion. Saute till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Add coconut onion paste. Saute till it releases oil from its aides.
Add tomatoes. Saute till it becomes soft. Add cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder & kala masala.
Masala is ready
Add cooked sprouts.
Add salt. Add water. This curry required more water. Make little watery consistency. Boil for 15 minutes.
Serve with raw chopped onion, soaked poha, coriander, lemon & namkin farsan.
