The ingredients needed to make Rajma:
  1. Prepare 1 cup rajma
  2. Make ready 4 tsp oil
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  4. Make ready 2 tsp ginger puree
  5. Take 3 tsp tomato puree
  6. Get 3 tsp coriander powder
  7. Get 2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp rosted cumin powder
  9. Get 2 tsp amchoor powder
  10. Make ready 2 tsp garam masala powder
  11. Get 2 tsp fresh coriander chopped
  12. Make ready to taste Salt
  13. Prepare 2tsp Maggi magic masala
Instructions to make Rajma:
  1. Wash tha Rajma and soak in enough water for 5-6 hours.
  2. Drain the water.Add the soaked rajma is a pressure cooker wirh 2 tsp of salt and 3 cup water cook till rajma is soft and cooked.
  3. Remove the pressure cooker from heat and keep aside heat oil in a pan.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. When the oil is hot,add onion and fry till tran slucent.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till onion is golden brown.
  7. Add tomato puree and cook for a min.
  8. Now add coriander,turmeric,kashmiri red chili,roasted cumin powder,amchoor.powder, maggi.magic masala and garam masala.powder and fry for a.few second.
  9. Add 1/2 cup water and cook the masala till oil separated on the side of the pan.
  10. Add the cooked rajma.along with the water and cook on low heat 10 to 15 min.
  11. Slightly press a few rajma wirh the back of a ladle.
  12. Asd more water and salt if required garnish with fresh coriander.
  13. Serve hot with rice and chapati.
