  13. Prepare 8-10 fresh curry leaves
  14. Take Pinch orange red food colour
  15. Prepare 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  16. Get As required Garnish with onion rings,carrots,slice of lime
Instructions to make Spicy Mutton fry:
  1. Firstly wash & clean mutton add it to a pressure cooker with a glass of water & sat,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and onion chopped cover the lid and cook until 3 whistles. Once the mutton is tender soft dry out the excess water on medium flame burner.
  2. Further take a nonstick pan and add oil and pop in the mutton with gravy next add curry leaves,green chili’s,red chilli powder,Garam masala powder,kasuri methi,lime juice,coriander leaves,pinch orange red food color sauté very well until oil separates don’t make it crispy but little gravy kind a tablespoon of gravy coated on mutton looks delicious.
  3. Pop it in a serving bowl garnish with carrots,onions,slice of lime and our delicious spicy mutton fry is ready to relish with white rice or chapati..!
