Instructions to make Oreo chessecake:
  1. For Cream Cheese mix fresh cream, milk and salt together and give it a boil. After the milk started boiling add vinegar in it. When the milk start to curdle switch of the flame.
  2. Drain out the mixture in a muslin cloth and keep it aside in the cloth for 15min (don't squeeze).
  3. After 15 min blend the cottage cheese with the help of blender, if required add few spoon of the darined out water and blend it again. You should have a creamy texture. Your cream cheese is ready.
  4. For base- Crush Oreos in food processor and add melted butter.Press mixture into bottom and springform pan. - Refrigerate at least 15min minutes to firm.
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well mixed. Set aside.
  6. Start beating wipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold and blend cream cheese mixture into whipped cream mixture.
  8. Pour/spread on top of the springform pan in which you have set your base of the cake.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. - You can also garnish with crushed cookies if desired.
