  18. Take 3 Bay leaves
  19. Get 1 Cinnamon stick
Instructions to make Shahi Paneer:
  1. Collect all the ingredients and make paste of the following - cashew nut,onion and tomato each separately
  2. In a kadai take some oil and put whole spices in this bay leaf cinnamon stick and jeera now add onion paste and ginger garlic paste then roast it completely then add cashew nut paste.
  3. Roast this paste of cashew nut and onion completely and now add powder spices. Mix it well and now add tomato fury
  4. Roast tomato puree, stir well until it release oil. Now add curd, mix it well after that add sugar, salt and kasuri methi to it.
  5. At this time add fresh Malai mix it well and finally add paneer pieces which we cut into cubes and mix in the gravy
  6. Finally add one cup of water to dilute it,mix well,cover the lid for 5 to 6 minutes and now Shahi Paneer is ready to serve.it is very delicious and yummy in taste so enjoy it.
