Take 1 cup refined flour or maida

Prepare 1 tbsp red chili powder
Get 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
Make ready 1 tbsp kala masala or garam masala

Make ready 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
Steps to make Bhakarwadi:
In mixing bowl, take refined flour, besan. Add hot oil, turmeric powder & salt. Mix all properly
Add water & make tight dough. Apply some oil. Cover & rest for 15 minutes.
Make dry masala. Heat pan. Dry roast cumin seeds, grated dry coconut, poppy seeds, fennel seeds.
Transfer above mixture in mixing jar. Add cumin coriander powder, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder, salt, kala masala, sugar & sev.
Grind in mixer.
Make 2 balls of dough. Take one. Roll it thinly. Apply tamarind chutney.
Spread dry masala on it. Roll again on masala so that it will fix on it.
Roll tightly & cut in equal portions. Gently press it.
Our bhakarwadi is ready to fry.
Fry it for 7 to 8 minutes on low flame. Before removing from oil. Keep high flame for a minute. Then remove it. Keep on tissue paper. It absorbs extra oil.
Bhakarwadi is ready. Serve with hot tea. Store in air tight container for longer shelf life.
