  1. Chop the cauliflower into medium-size florets and blanch in hot water for 10 minutes and drain the water completely.
  2. In a bowl take all the ingredients mentioned for batter. Add water gradually and make a medium thick batter. Preheat air fryer at 180 degC for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in florets to the batter and mix gently to coat well.
  4. Brush the air fryer basket with oil. Spread coated florets in single layer. Air-fry at 180 degC for 8 minutes. Brush with oil, flip and air-fry for another 8 minutes until crispy. Check in between and adjust timing depending on the size and quantity of florets.
