  17. Make ready 1 teaspoon cumin & coriander seeds powder (roasted &crushed)

  19. Get 3-4 tablespoons oil for cooking

Steps to make Dum aloo korma (vegetarian):
  1. Firstly we will boil potatoes with a glass of water set aside to cool then slice them further dice onions with ginger garlic paste & green chili’s set aside besides blend fine powder of cashews
  2. Further take a wok add oil once it is warm add the diced onions and sauté until raw smell disappears & oil separates then add the cashews powder,whisked yoghurt & all spices cook the gravy until oil separates lastly add the boiled potatoes slices,crushed kasuri methi,fennel seeds crushed and 1 cup water to adjust the consistency
  3. Let it boil and add coriander leaves our deliciously awesome dum aloo korma is ready to relish with hot naan or kulcha..! - (see recipe)
