  1. Get 200g Paneer
  2. Take 2.5tsp Oil
  3. Take 0.5inch Cinnamon – piece

  7. Get 2 Onion
  8. Make ready 1tsp Ginger garlic paste

  12. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  13. Get 1pinch Turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 2-3 Green chili
  15. Take 1 tsp, GingerSliced thin
  16. Get 1tsp -Butter
  17. Take 0.5cup Fresh cream
  18. Get 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  19. Get 2tsp Coriander leaves,chopped
  20. Make ready as per your taste Salt
Instructions to make Sahi paneer:
  1. Preparation - - In a heated pan, take two tablespoons of oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, clove, pepper to it. Then add chopped onion and cashew nuts to it and saute.
  2. Then add chopped tomato and salt. When all the above ingredients are cooked, add coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder to it.
  3. After five minutes, add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes. Remove from flame and shift to a mixer jar and blend it. Then strain the mixture using a strainer and keep aside. - - Take the pan and heat it. Add butter and half table spoon oil to it. The add green chili and ginger to it and saute for two to three minutes.
  4. Now add fresh cream, paneer, coriander leaves, kasuri methi to it and stir well for one minute and the remove from flame.
  5. Tasty Shahi Paneer is ready to be served.
