1. Together all ingredients,heat a tawa on medium flame,cut papad into two pieces,roast the papad on tawa on medium flame.Press it with cotton cloth,flip & roast.
2. Roast it from both sides immediately roll it into cone shape.Hold it for few seconds.Now papad cones are ready.
3. Now mix all the ingredients except papad cone.Mix it properly.
4. Now take a papad cone,fill it with prepared mixture. Serve immediately.
