  2. Next take a potatoes cubes and cauliflower florets wash twice and keep it aside.
  3. Heat the pressure cooker add puree ghee add all tempering ingredients (whole dry spices)when the seeds begin to splutter, add onion saute till a light brown.
  4. Add potatoes, cauliflower florets saute till a change pinkish colour.
  5. Next add all given spices and curd mix it well stir it few minutes, then add rice mix it properly stir it 3 to 4min on medium flame.
  6. Now add some mint leaves and as required water (approximately 1 1/4glass) now pressure cook up to 1whistles then reduce the flame.
  7. Enjoy it with mint chatney and curd rayta.
