  6. Now same oil add cumin,whole garam masala, onion and fry till lightly brown
  7. Add all Vegetables and fry for 2 to 3 mins
  8. Now pour water and boil
  9. After boiling water add soaked rice, salt and stir well
  10. Now cook for 5 mins or until rice boil
  11. Now Add Lemon juice and ghee,Stir well
  12. Close lid and cook until first whistle on high flame and cook 2 whistles on low medium flame
  13. Cool for 5 mins,Open lid and Serve hot with raita
  14. Tips :- You can add paneer cubes too
