😊recipe for dosa - let the lentils and rice soaked in water in the night.and next morning grind them into the paste and now this paste should be kept in the sunlight throughout the day.after that whenever we have to make dosa,,paste is ready for breakfast or dinner when u want..when you use it,add salt to it.
😊 recipe for sambhar - make small pieces of gourd and pumpkin.put it in the cooker with daal.now put salt and turmeric. and take 3 whistle.after cool down will mess it with blender little beat.now we will make gravy…………😊
😊 now we will make the gravy..to make gravy,,tomatos will grind with green chillies. And crushed ginger.now heat oil in a pan.and now add mustard seed curry leaf and hing.after that add crushed gingr.now put tomato and chillies paste in it.when the gravy start leaving oil,then put dal in it then after coming to boil add some garam masala, and sambhar masala and tamarind water then green coriander leaves..your sambhar is ready 😊
😊potato masala - in order to make potato masala mess the boiled potatoes..heat the oil in a pan.after hat put in mustard seeds and hing and now add chopped tomatots and green chlli.and all spices will add salt,turmeric, dry coriander powder,red chilli powder,and at last messed potatoes and mix it well.and now add black paper powder,garam masala,mango powdr,and green coriander.mix it potato masalà is ready.
😊coconut chutuny..peel the coconut.cut in to small pieaes.mix coconut green coriander,green chilli,lemon juice,and 2 ts water.then put them in a mixer to make a fin paste.take the chuntny in a bowl and water accordingto how thick you want.
For tadka..put oil in a small frying pan and heat.put Rai in hot oil.once it is rosted turn off the gas put red chilli and mix in oil.now put this Rai tadka in the chutuny and mix properly..your chutuny is ready..😊🤓
