  1. Prepare rice
  2. Get urad dal
  3. Make ready poha
  4. Prepare methi dana

Instructions to make Paper Dosa:
  1. Soak rice and dal over night.
  2. Add poha and methi dana to rice and dal.
  3. Wet grind to a smooth paste.Cover and leave for 6-8hours for fermentation.
  4. After 8 hours mixture is well fermented.Add some water to adjust consistency.Add salt.
  5. Heat a tawa.Add aladdle full of batter.Spread in circular way.
  6. Apply 1 table spoon oil on dasa.Cook on low flame for 4-5minutes.
  7. Roll the dosa and serve hot with sambhar/chutney.
