  1. Prepare 240 gm betki fish cubes
  2. Prepare 30 ml lime juice
  3. Get 20 gm ginger-garlic paste
  4. Prepare 280 gm tandori masala
  5. Make ready 20 ml melted butter
  6. Make ready 10 gm kabab masala
  7. Get 4 gm green chilli paste
  8. Make ready To taste salt
Steps to make Fish Tikka:
  1. Marinate the bekti cubes with the lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and leave aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain excess marination from the Bekti cubes and marinate it in tandoori masala for 2 hours.
  3. Skewer the fish on a rod and cook it in a moderate hot tandoor at 180 deg C for 10 minutes.
  4. Baste with little butter to make it crisp from outside.
  5. Sprinkle kebab masala, lemon juice and melted butter. Serve with sliced onions.
