  1. First cut idlis into small cubes - Chop green chilli & coriander leaves - Sprinkle red chilli powder & little salt on idlis
  2. Now put oil in pan & add mustard seeds, hing, green chilli, curry leaves & then sesame seeds
  3. Then add prepared idli in oil & stir fry for two minutes & then add chopped coriander leaves
  4. Then add tandoori chicken masala on idli & stir fry & take it in serving plate - But this step is optional if you don’t want to put tandoori chicken masala then skip this step - Now your masala idli is ready to serve
