  1. First half cook baby potatoes let them become warm and peel them keep aside
  2. In a mixing bowl add mustard oil ginger garlic paste all the powdered spices, hung curd and roasted besan mix well
  3. Now add boiled potatoes, onion,and capsicum mix and coat well the potatoes with the merinade rest it for 30 minutes
  4. Skew the potatoes and veggies in the skewers and grilli them on barbacue the skewers them produces a nice slightly crispness on the potatoes
