Prepare 1 cup urad Dalcurry patta handful

Instructions to make Pakoray:
Potato tornado pakora
Wash potato and Pat it dry
Put it in skewer
Now cut it with knife in spiral shape
In bowl mix chickpea flour salt red chilli soda
Add water to make semi thick paste
Dip skewer having potato in bowl or cover it with help of spoon if it's not possible to dip it with skewer
Heat oul
Fry it till crisp
In a bowl mix salt red chilli chat masala
Sprinkle this masala on your pakora and enjoy
DAAL pakoray
Soak 1cup chana daal for 5hours
In a chopper add Dal without water
Add small onion coriander garlic green chilli and chop it finely
In bowl mix salt red chilli and salt with daal paste
Heat oil
Fry the pakora and enjoy
Medu wada
Soak urad Dal for 5 hours
Drain out water
In chopper add Dal nchop it to make fine paste
Take it out in bowl
Add garlic paste chop curry leaf green chilli salt soda
Mix it
Wet your palms put the paste on it and make hole in center
Slip it in hot oil
Fry it till crispy
