  22. Make ready 1 tbsp garlic paste
Instructions to make Pakoray:
  1. Potato tornado pakora
  2. Wash potato and Pat it dry
  3. Put it in skewer
  4. Now cut it with knife in spiral shape
  5. In bowl mix chickpea flour salt red chilli soda
  6. Add water to make semi thick paste
  7. Dip skewer having potato in bowl or cover it with help of spoon if it's not possible to dip it with skewer
  8. Heat oul
  9. Fry it till crisp
  10. In a bowl mix salt red chilli chat masala
  11. Sprinkle this masala on your pakora and enjoy
  12. DAAL pakoray
  13. Soak 1cup chana daal for 5hours
  14. In a chopper add Dal without water
  15. Add small onion coriander garlic green chilli and chop it finely
  16. In bowl mix salt red chilli and salt with daal paste
  17. Heat oil
  18. Fry the pakora and enjoy
  19. Medu wada
  20. Soak urad Dal for 5 hours
  21. Drain out water
  22. In chopper add Dal nchop it to make fine paste
  23. Take it out in bowl
  24. Add garlic paste chop curry leaf green chilli salt soda
  25. Mix it
  26. Wet your palms put the paste on it and make hole in center
  27. Slip it in hot oil
  28. Fry it till crispy
